Preparation In a non-metallic bowl, mix the bleach powder with the oxidant in small amounts. The recommended ratio is one spoonful of powder, approximately 25 grams, mixed with 50 milliliters of cream oxidant at 3, 6, 9, or 12 percent strength. Instructions Process for up to 50 minutes, depending on the desired level of lightness and the porosity of the hair. Heat accelerates the lightening process.
